Telehealth allows you to access care from the comfort of your own space. We offer secure, virtual sessions that provide the same thoughtful and collaborative approach as in-person care, with added flexibility and convenience.

Sport and performance consultation supports individuals in building focus, confidence, and consistency in high-pressure environments. Whether in athletics, academics, or other areas of performance, this work is tailored to help you navigate challenges and perform at your best.

Our Approach to Care

Our clinicians draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor their work to each person’s needs. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we focus on what will be most helpful and meaningful for you.

We offer flexible scheduling by appointment, with daytime and some evening availability depending on the provider.

Our front office is available Monday–Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Sessions are typically 45–55 minutes and are scheduled at a frequency that you and your therapist determine together based on your needs.
