Insurance & Fees
We are in-network with most major commercial insurance plans, as well as Indiana Medicaid. We will continue working to expand the plans we accept and will update this page as that changes.
If you do not have insurance, or prefer not to use it, self-pay options are available. Please see our fee schedule below.

Payment & Coverage
We bill insurance on your behalf; however, clients are ultimately responsible for the cost of services if insurance does not cover them. Some services, such as psychological testing or couples and family therapy, may not be covered depending on your plan.
Copays, coinsurance, and self-pay fees are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and major debit/credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards.
Cancellations & No Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a $125 fee.
Reduced Fee Options
If you are unable to afford our self-pay rates, please reach out to discuss reduced fee options. We aim to make care as accessible as possible.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs if you are uninsured, out-of-network, or choosing not to use insurance.
